Automatic Double Diaphragm Pumping and Draining Device (Automatic Dewatering System)ZPSQ series Automatic Double Diaphragm Pumping and Draining system consists of two hoses with water level sensor, one automatic air inlet controller and one AODD pump (Air operated double diaphragm pump). The automatic air inlet controller is an automatic, air-actuated, used to carry out the automatic control of AODD pump with the liquid level sensor on the two hoses ends. One hose is for pumping and the other is for draining when the device is working. With the water level sensoring, the air inlet controller could automatically open or close the air supply to the air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump. Useful in sump, dewatering, fluid transfer or tank filling applications, the liquid level control allows you to regulate an AODD pump by turning the unit on or off as determined by the fluids liquid level.Working conditions1. Compressed air for power, the pressure should be in the range of 0.2~0.7 Mpa2. Working temperature: 0ºC~40ºC3. Relative humidity: ≤95%4. Ambient atmospheric pressure: 80kPa~110kPa5. Applicable to underground coal mines where there is a danger of coal dust or gas explosion6. Gas environment without damage to metal insulationFeatures1.
